If there is one truth that concerns God's relationship with man, it is that God speaks to man. This is plainly declared in Scripture and revealed in very many instances. The is not if God speaks or not, but if man is willing to hear Him speak. Jesus said that if any man is willing to do the will of God, he will know if the words spoken are of God or of man. When God speaks, whether softly or strongly, it is always clear. He does not speak to hear Himself speak, but to communicate the eternal truths of Life to the man who will listen.
